Ken founded K. Sleva Contracting in 1988. Ever since, he has been focused on building and upholding the company’s reputation of high quality work in an ever-changing industry. In his time off, Ken enjoys spending time with his family at their river camp, exploring all that nature's waterways have to offer along with catching the odd fish.
Kevin Komula, Minister of Labour & Operations
As self-appointed Minister of Labour and Operations, Kevin let’s his humor shine through on the job site but that doesn’t stop him from running a tight ship with an unmatched passion for his craft. He manages jobs, allocates labour, and ensures jobs are on schedule. Kevin loves catching Jets games, fishing, and enjoying a home-cooked meal.
Josh Sleva, Project Manager
Josh has been around K.Sleva since very young seeing and dealing with all aspects of business and the craft. As a Project Manager, he reviews information for each project, oversees costs, coordinates contract changes and ensures projects run smoothly. When not at work, Josh enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his partner Ashley.
Brian Boles, Chief Estimator
Brian has been an estimator in commercial construction for over 20 years. He is responsible for preparing estimates, material take-offs, scheduling, and following up on potential upcoming work. When he’s not at the office, you’ll catch him on the open road, enjoying his Harley.
Wendy Adsett, Office Manager
Wendy has been in the construction industry for 30+ years, with the last 11 with K. Sleva Contracting! She keeps the office running smoothly handling payroll, AP/AR, year end, purchase orders, RFIs, change orders and reception. In her time off you can catch her exploring the world (once travel is back up and running, of course).
